Then it's simply a case of entering the amount you wish to offer in the panel underneath the main domain name listing. Make sure you understand that an offer, if accepted, is a legally binding contract and so it pays to ensure that you realise the associated costs and can comply with the auDA Elligibility rules. 2 What is a Counter Offer?A counter offer should be viewed as an indication of a price closer to what the seller may accept. If you've made an offer and received a counter offer, that's good news as it means a dialogue has been started. By increasing your offers you should try to aim towards a price that both parties are happy with. 3 How long are offers valid for?Offers are valid for 7 days on Standard Listings. Once 7 days has passed, an offer cannot be accepted and counter offers cannot be made, and the offer is no longer binding. We encourage you to respond to all offers as soon as possible utilising the counter offer feature. Sellers also have the option to push their doamin to auction, and your offer will be transferred to the auction platform, and your offer will remain valid untilt he end of the auction. |
