1 How do I add my domain name?

To add a domain name to Netflee,t login to the Members Area, and select Add Domains in the left navigation panel. From there, you have two options. Either add a single domain name, or add many domain names in bulk. It is important to complete all fields for your listing. Once the form has been completed, your domain name will be submitted for approval by one of the Netfleet team. This process usually takes between 1-2 hours, and you will be emailed as soon as your listing is live on Netfleet.

2 Why doesn't my domain name appear on Netfleet?

Your domain name will not be visible on Netfleet until we have approved the listing. Every listing must be approved by us, and usually takes in the region of 1-2 hours. You will be notified by email as soon as your listing appears on Netfleet.

3 Why does the description I enter not appear as I have entered it?

Once submitted, the description field is stripped of any illegal characters or entries, including all HTML or JavaScript, and characters or code that could be interpreted as spam (such as hyperlinks, email addresses, images etc).

4 What are the 'Best Practise Guidelines' for listing a domain?

Whilst there are many variables to get the most out of your domain listing, here are our top five domain listing tips to maximise the exposure of your domain and thje chance of getting great offers flooding in...

1) Set a Target Price and be realistic. People search by price so leaving a domain as 'Make Offer' will hurt the level of exposure. Making sure that the price you do set is realistic/competitive will have a huge influence on our Quality Index rating giving you much more exposure. To help you set this price use our domain valuation tool and check out the recent sales on Netfleet.

2) Choose your category carefully. Most people browse by category so making sure your domain shows up in the most accurate category ensures that the targetted buyers don't miss your listing. Run a few searches for similar domains and check which categories they appear in to get you started.

3) Write a compelling description. Make sure you include all the best information about the domain, even if it's fairly obvious. Is it short, generic, related to a growing industry or does it contain lots of backlinks? How much traffic does it get? Any revenue information you can share?

4) Promote your listing. Link to the listing from the domain itself. Experience shows that a simple text link "Enquire about this domain" on your website or parked page dramatically increases interest in the domain which will result in more views and more offers (which again will increase your Quality Index creating a snowball effect)

5 Why is there no 'counter offer' option on some of my offers?

Counter offers can only be made on offers that are active, and have not expired. All offers expire after 30 days, and once expired, you are unable to submit a counter offer. Its is important to respond to all counter offers as soon as possible.

6 Why can I not remove a domain name?

You cannot remove a domain name listing from Netfleet if the listing has received an offer. To remove listings in these circumstances please Contact Us.

7 What is the Netfleet Name Spinner?

The Netfleet Name Spinner is our domain name suggestion service we offer to our partners - essentially we promote your domain names for sale on their websites. Netregistry, PlanetDomain and Hostess are some of the biggest Australian registrars in the business and provide their users with alternatives to domain names they are trying to register.

There are two important conditions for your listing to meet however:

1. Target Price on Netfleet must be below $10,000 AUD.
2. The domain name will only appear on our partner sites if it is relevant to the users search, for example, searching for tennis.com.au on Netregistry will return the domains on Netfleet that are similar to keyword "tennis", such as, mytennis.com.au, sydneytennis.com.au, tennislessons.com.au

Why not visit some of our partner networks, search for your domain name, and see if it appears. If not, ensure you are following the two conditions above.
