Updating Domain Name Servers

To update your domain name servers (to point your domain to a different hosting provider in order to display your website), once logged in, choose the Domain Names menu.

You can update name servers one at a time, or in bulk:

1.       Update name servers one at a time - Click on the domain name you wish to update name servers for, and in the middle of the screen you will see the Name Servers section.  Simply enter your new name servers (minimum of 2) and click save.

2.       Update name servers in bulk – Remaining on the main Domain Names page, check each box next to the domain you wish to update name servers for, and once your chosen domains are selected, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Change Name Servers button.  Simply enter your new name servers (minimum of 2) and click the Update Name Servers button.

Updating name servers takes time to propagate around the world – sometimes up to 48 hours.
